• Product data: Azure West-Europe / Germany
• No data is used for AI model training
• No data is shared with third parties except essential service providers (hosting, monitoring)

• No tracking or marketing cookies without prior consent.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority for our registered office is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany.

Data retention

• Contact inquiries: deleted after the request is resolved
• Technical logs: retained for 30–90 days
• Contractual customer data: retained per contractual and legal requirements
