Service description

Khumo provides cloud-hosted, AI-assisted analysis software for document processing, due-diligence support, red-flag detection, sell-side pitchbook generation, and workflow automation. The service is intended for B2B use only.

Beta software & no investment advice

Khumo is in active development. Outputs are LLM-generated and may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations; always verify findings independently before making decisions. Khumo produces facts and classifications — it does not provide investment recommendations or financial advice, and use of the platform creates no advisory relationship.

Use of service

• Users must be legally authorized representatives of their company.
• Access is granted per subscription; one license per user unless agreed otherwise.
• Users must not upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized third-party data.
• Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or unauthorized modification of the platform is prohibited.

Data processing & security

• All data is processed via secured APIs.
• Customer data is not used for model training. We use a Zero Data Retention configuration with our model providers.
• Customers retain full ownership of uploaded data.
• Khumo may store system logs for debugging, performance measurement, and security.

Availability & liability

• The platform is provided “as is,” with commercially reasonable uptime efforts.
• Khumo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount paid during the affected period.

Termination

• Subscriptions can be terminated according to the agreed billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Khumo may suspend access in case of misuse, security threats, or legal violations.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by German law. Jurisdiction: Munich, Germany.
