Refund Policy

This policy explains when Khumo issues refunds for paid use of its products — a Khumo Screen run and an Instant Pitchbook download. By purchasing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

What you pay for

Khumo charges per use — a screen run, or a pitchbook download. You are charged for the delivery of an output, not for any particular result, score, or level of quality.

Outputs depend on the data provided

Khumo’s outputs are generated by AI agents from the documents and data you provide, or that the agents retrieve during their work. The usefulness and completeness of an output therefore depends heavily on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of those inputs. We do not — and cannot — guarantee a perfect or complete output every time. Getting the most out of Khumo is partly your responsibility: provide suitable, complete inputs and set your expectations according to what you put in.

What is not eligible for a refund

• An output you simply did not like, or that did not meet your expectations.
• An output that is less complete or less detailed than you hoped because of the data available to the agents. A delivered-but-imperfect result is a normal outcome — not a malfunction — and does not qualify as a failed output.
• A change of mind after an output has been delivered.

What is eligible for a refund

We refund only where the system malfunctioned such that you were charged (or a usage, credit, or run was consumed) but no output was delivered to you at all.

We normally catch this automatically

In the normal course, Khumo automatically detects such failures and does not bill you — and does not count the usage or run — when no output is produced. This policy exists for the rare case where that automatic detection does not work correctly.

How to request a review

If you believe you were charged, or had a usage or run consumed, without receiving an output, contact us at management@khumo.ai within 14 days of the charge. Please include your order or receipt reference and a short description of what happened. Our team reviews each case individually and decides in good faith. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method through our payment provider.

Digital content & right of withdrawal

Khumo’s outputs are digital content generated and delivered to you immediately upon purchase. By purchasing, you request that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that, once the output has been delivered, any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is exhausted, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect the malfunction-based refund described above, nor any mandatory statutory rights you may have.
