Khumo Automation sells through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf, in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms. By purchasing, you also agree to our Terms & Conditions.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with a purchase — a Khumo Screen run or an Instant Pitchbook download — you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email us at management@khumo.ai, or contact Paddle directly using the help link on your payment receipt, quoting your order or receipt reference. We’ll take care of it.
